The Woodville Historical Museum has on display an impressive collection of fossils that were found in the limestone quarries outside of town. Many of these fossils are of sea life that existed over a million years ago. In addition there are Indian artifacts, tools used by the early settlers, military uniforms from the various wars, old farm implements, antique glass collections, old toys, maps, a toll collector's desk and toll book from when Route 20 was the Maumee-Western Reserve Turnpike. There are many photos and local newspapers from by-gone days and numerous other items that let the visitor experience a bit of history from the first 150 years of Woodville and surrounding country.
