Seller’s listings will be exposed to 1800 REALTORS and Buyers can access listings in SANDUSKY, OTTAWA, SENECA, ERIE, and HURON counties in the Firelands Board of Realtors…AND…LUCAS, WOOD, DEFIANCE, ERIE, PAULDING, PUTNAM and part of HANCOCK counties in the Toledo Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service!
Wendt Key Team Realty Ltd. has a moving truck that is available “FREE” for buyers, sellers, and non-profit organizations for their use in local moves. (Based on availability).
Wendt Key Team Realty is trying to make a difference in and around SanduskyCounty and give back to the community. Every July, we sponsor a “FILLIN’ THE TRUCK FOR THE SANDUSKY COUNTY FOOD PANTRY” event; which has been a huge success and helped the Food Pantry stock their shelves when they are very low on supplies. Wendt Key Team Realty would like to thank each and every citizen who donates to help the Food Pantry. We also, annually donate the moving truck to the Humane Society of Sandusky County for their donation drive that benefits the area’s “four legged” members who also need assistance!
Members of Wendt Key Team Realty Ltd. are actively involved with service clubs including Exchange, Kiwanis, Sandusky Co. Human Resource Management Assoc. We attend State and National Conventions and are members of the Ohio Assoc. of REALTORS® (OAR) and National Assoc. of REALTORS® (NAR). We also sponsor youth events such as two soccer teams, a youth baseball team, an adult softball team and a hockey team in the area.
