Day One

9:00 AM-11:30 AM Stained Glass Window Tour Discover the beauty of stained glass while learning about the development of this fine art. Tour showcases the stained glass windows of three parishes in Fremont.
11:45 AM-1:00 PM Lunch at Fremont Federation of Women Enjoy a delectable lunch in a friendly, private, Victorian setting. Menus are meticulously prepared on premises, served by members in costume or buffet style. A history of the home and entertainment subject to availability.
1:00 PM-2:30 PM Historical Tour of Fremont Tour traces our history from the Indian ancestry of the Wyandot, Seneca and Cherokee tribes to the location of Indian gauntlet and old Indian trails. Pass War of 1812 Battle sites where the Indians and British attacked Fort Stephenson. Hear of Fremont's religious heritage, view ornate Victorian homes and scenic Sandusky River to complete this glimpse of small town Ohio. Conducted by step-on guide.
3:00 PM-5:00 PM Hayes Presidential Center-Home & Museum The 31-room stately, brick Hayes home, contains original furnishings belonging to President Rutherford B. Hayes and his family. Its wealth of Presidential artifacts and grandeur rank it in line with Mount Vernon and Monticello as significant US Presidential homes. Guides take visitors throughout two floors of the 3-story home, explaining its history and offering details of the lives of President and Lucy Hayes. The two story Hayes Museum and Library complex showcases family artifacts, as well as President Hayes' diaries, presidential papers, books, and family possessions. The museum is host to numerous exhibits, most of which are exclusive and can be seen nowhere else.

7:00 PM-9:00 PM The Dillon House - Oval Office Dinner Visitors can relax among the Dillion House's rich antiques and lavish Victorian decorations.

Day Two

 
7:00 AM-8:00 AM Breakfast at hotel
8:00 AM-10:00 AM JAWS WITH PAWS ENFORCING LAWS, Canine lover or not, a visit to this nationally known canine training center will excite and thrill visitors. The staff at this facility possesses a unique blend of knowledge of dog training with that of police work.
11:00 AM Board the Jet Express or the Miller Ferry for an exhilarating ride across Lake Erie to Put-In Bay on the South Bass Island.
12:00 PM-1:00 PM Lunch on the island at a restaurant of choice.
1:00 PM-3:00 PM Board a tram for a tour of South Bass Island. Visit Heineman's Winery and Perry's International Peace Memorial.
3:00 PM-4:00 PM Shopping-Free Time- Wind up your delightful afternoon with some shopping in downtown Put-In-Bay.
5:00 PM Board the Jet Express or Miller Ferry for a return trip to the Mainland.
6:00 PM-8:00 PM Dinner at restaurant of choice
8:00 PM

Day Three

 
7:00 AM-8:00 AM Breakfast at restaurant of choice
9:00 AM-10:30AM Lazy G Alpaca Ranch. Your guide will share a history of the alpaca, how the ranch became involved in raising them and the reasons for doing so. Visitors learn many fascinating facts about this very valuable and “gentle” animal. Program will entertain all ages
10:45 AM Depart for home.
