10:00am – 11:30am The Historical
Tour of Fremont traces the 150 year history
of the
City of Fremont. A step-on guide recaps the Indian ancestry,
takes group to view battle sites of the War of 1812, some
of the 45
churches and the Sandusky River.
11:30am – 1:00pm Dine at The
Dillon House, a unique luncheon experience.
The home’s rich antiques and lavish decorations create
a refined setting for your groups. A tour of the entire
home completes the experience.
1:15pm – 3:30pm The
Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center is
home of the nation’s first presidential library and
museum. The Center is a tribute to Rutherford B.
Hayes, the 19th President of the U.S.
The Hayes Home is a 31 room stately, brick house constructed
from 1859 to 1889. The home contains original furnishings
belonging to President Hayes and his family. Its wealth
of presidential artifacts and grandeur rank it in line
with Mount Vernon and Monticello as significant U.S.
Presidential homes.
The two-story Hayes Museum and Library complex showcases
family artifacts, as well as President Hayes’ diaries,
presidential papers, books and family possessions.
Fanny Hayes’ dollhouse and White House china and crystal
are particularly popular with visitors.

5:15pm – 6:15pm The “Dogs and Dinner Tour” completes
your day! Begin the evening with a catered meal at Lynnwoods Kennel. A wide range of hot entrees are available. Following dinner sit back and enjoy The "Jaws with Paws Enforcing Laws Tour", the most popular stop for busses. The nationally known police dog training facility
combines the knowledge of dog training with that of police
work. The tour is conducted by a master trainer / retired police officer, who to quote a recent visitor, "is as entertaining as Larry the Cable guy, except he's clean!"
It's a great "how do they do that tour". A police dog demonstration completes the tour.
